Lord Caitanya Mahäprabhu wanted His followers to move all over the world to preach in every town and village.
 

Srila Prabhupada, in his books, letters and lectures, has stressed the importance of Sankirtan; its being the most important of all the yagnas in this age of Kali and the need for one to preach the glories of the Supreme Lord to one and all.
 

ISKCON devotees and temples sometimes go through the challenge of not succeeding in getting new contacts / members / devotees for their regular programs. One can observe the phenomenon wherein there are committed / dedicated ISKCON devotees; but there are no new devotees / members for cultivation resulting in frustration. Most often, the few existing devotees feel the burden of rendering all the services and eventually feel burnt-out.
